Warranty Limitations:
The following are not covered by Oz Audio and/or will void your warranty.
1. Product owned by anyone who is not the original buyer from an authorized Oz Audio dealer. (Warranty is not transferable nor do we warranty any products purchased from an unauthorized dealer.)
2. Any equipment that has been physically abused (stabbed surrounds, broken baskets, or crushed with a crowbar).
3. Speakers that have been over-powered/over driven, causing thermal failure (burnt voice coils, melted V. C. formers, burnt spiders, melted cones) or mechanical failure (ripped surrounds, torn spiders, hammered V. C. formers). Consider speaker power handling when choosing an amplifier.
4. Any product where the serial number has been removed or altered.
5. Any product in which repair or modification has been attempted by unauthorized persons. Cosmetic damage from mishandling or normal wear and tear. Installation costs and shipping cost associated with the removing, reinstallation, or sending the product to Oz Audio for warranty or repair.
6. Damage or failure from improper installation.
7. Products with damage caused by accident (car, boat, motorcycle, or plane), acts of God (lightning, flood, or seismic activity), or any type of water damage.
8. Any products purchased outside of the United States.
You must call (561) 998-0211 and obtain an RA# (Return Authorization number) before returning any product. You are responsible for shipment of the product to Oz Audio. Any product that does not have an RA# will be refused at time of delivery.

Warranty Terms:
Oz Audio products are warranted against manufacturing defects for a ninety (90) days from the original purchase date. Warranty is extended if product(s) are installed by an authorized Oz audio dealer.
The extended warranties are as follows:
Vector3 - extended for a period of two (2) years.
Matrix Elite - extended for a period of three (3) years.
Power Series - extended for a period of one (1) year.
Vector Amplifiers - extended for a period of three (3) years.
What is covered under your Oz Audio Warranty:
Warranty applies to all Oz Audio products sold to consumers by authorized dealers in the United States. Products purchased by consumers outside the United States from an authorized Oz Audio dealer are covered only by that country's distributor and not Oz Audio.
Who is covered under the Oz Audio Warranty:
This warranty covers only the original purchase of Oz Audio product purchased from an authorized Oz Audio dealer in the United States. To receive service, the purchaser must provide Oz Audio with a copy of the receipt stating the customer name, dealer name, product purchased and date of purchase. Products that are found to be defective will be replaced or repaired (with a product deemed to be equivalent) at Oz Audio's discretion.
Limit on Implied Warranties:
Any implied warranties including warranties of fitness for use and merchantability are limited in duration to the period of the express warranty set forth above. Some states do not allow limitations on the length of an implied warranty, so this limitation may not apply. No person is authorized to assume for Oz Audio any other liability in connection with the sale of the product.
